1. Enrollment & Refund Policy
Thank you for enrolling in a Neville Page Academy course.
Because class sizes are intentionally limited to provide meaningful interaction and feedback, enrollment represents a reserved seat within the program.
Students may request a full refund up to seven (7) days before the course start date.
Refund requests made within seven (7) days of the course start date may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Once a course has begun, refunds are generally not available.
If a student is unable to attend, NPA may, at its discretion, allow enrollment to be transferred to a future session of the same course within twelve (12) months, subject to availability.
2. Course Changes, Postponements & Cancellations
Neville Page Academy reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor availability, technical issues, or insufficient enrollment.
In the event that NPA cancels a course, enrolled students will be offered either:
A full refund, or
Transfer to a future session.
Minor schedule adjustments do not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Attendance & Session Recordings
Students are encouraged to attend all live sessions whenever possible.
Certain sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled students for educational purposes.
Access to recordings, when provided, is intended solely for the enrolled participant and may not be shared, distributed, copied, uploaded, or sold.
NPA reserves the right to determine whether recordings will be provided for any specific course.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, presentations, demonstrations, lectures, visual materials, downloadable resources, recordings, exercises, methodologies, and instructional materials remain the intellectual property of Neville Page Academy unless otherwise stated.
Enrollment grants students a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach, or commercially exploit any course materials without prior written permission.
5. Student Work & Portfolio Rights
Students retain ownership of the original work they create during the course.
By participating in Neville Page Academy programs, students grant NPA permission to display submitted coursework, project development, screenshots, and final outcomes for educational, promotional, archival, and portfolio purposes.
Students who prefer their work not be displayed may submit a written request, and reasonable accommodations will be made whenever possible.
6. Educational Disclaimer

Enrollment does not guarantee employment, representation, publication, licensing opportunities, industry placement, financial success, or professional advancement.
